I only have Herman Cawthorn who lived and is buried in Adair Co., KY nothing more. He had a sister or another relative named Minnie Cawthorn that moved to Ill. I am looking for any connection that might help. They could have started in Va I haveno idea at this point. I don't even know his parents names. I do know he was born 5/1/1903 died 8/10/1924 and had 1 child by my grandmother Kendrick Lee Cawthron born 7/22/1924. Herman died when his daughter was about 3 weeks old. My grandmothers name was Vergie Mae Hawkins and she later married Elroy "ER" McKinney 2/11/1928. Kendrick Lee and her father Herman Cawthorn are buried next to one another in the Fudge Cemetery in Breeding, Adair CO., KY. That is really all I have I think my mother has a photo of Herman not even sure of where he was born at.
