Hi Jane,
The Douglas Register p. 91, states "Wade,Ann, in this parish, & Maddox Stanley in Hanover Dec: 19, 1776 p. 17" is listed under marriages, Female Index.

The Douglas Register p 121 lists "Wade, Will: and Ann Cothan, 23, June, 1757" recorded under the section in the Register wgucg reads
Marriages not Recorded by Rev. Wm Douglas, but indicated by the Birth REgistry.

The Douglas Register p. 313, lists "Will: Wade and Ann Cothan. a Daughter names Joanna born Jun 23, 1757, Baptized Oct. 15, 1776, p. 100"

That's all the info I could find in that book. Does this help.
