I am looking for information on John B. Cawthon who married an Elizabeth. They were both born in North Carolina in the 1790's. They then migrated to Tennessee. They had several children, one of which was Edmund W. Cawthon. Census records for Henderson County, TN show a child Christopher living with them. If this was their child, Elizabeth would have been 50 when she had him! The census record said nothing about the relationship of the household to eachother. Anyone have any information on this?
