I am related to many of the Cavins in the Alexander, Iredell and Gaston County area. We have hit a dead end with Ziza's wife, Nancy Emiline Thompson. Is anyone researching this line of Cavin or Thompson? Nancy was 35 years old in 1860, then she does not show up with Ziza in the 1870 or 1880 census.
