My name is LES CAVIN and I am the List Coordinator for the CAVIN List

...with "subscribe" (do not include the quotation marks) in the body
of the message, and nothing else. In the subject line put "subscribe"
(minus the quotes) or you may leave it blank.

To get the digest version, substitute "-D-" for "-L-" (again, minus
the quotes). The digest version (-D-) is one single posting containing
all messages received that day. The list version (-L-) will bring up
all new, individual postings for that day and as they occur.
