Hi,
a stab in the dark here. Was wondering if in your research your Thomas Cavins had brothers. Mine seem to have had Samuel, Thomas, John b:abt 1768, m:1791(abt)to Mary Chism, and mine Joshua Cavins b: abt 1783 m:Ruth bef 1810. They have been setting in the genealogy limbo for a long time. Hope something sounds familiar to you.
