I just saw a T. CAVIN and an E. CAVIN listed in the 1790 census for Franklin Co. Ky. I saw this at http://www.ancestry.com/ . There some free searches in their "Library" section for the 1790 census for various states. Unfortunately, what I have told you here is about all that you will find in this particular census report.
