I have not be able to follow the Cavin Forum for a while and have been catching up on the discussions. I do have to comment about this note. The Lewis Christian who married Mary Cavin was the grandson of Lewis Christian, Sr. whose will is the one to which you are referring. The Lewis Christian, Jr., son of Lewis, Sr. was married to Elizabeth Bailey.
The Lewis Christian who married Mary Cavin was the son of John Christian, eldest son of Lewis Christian, Sr. John's much younger sister, Sarah, was apparently married to a Cavin, whose name I believe to have been William. Sarah's son, William, who is mentioned in Lewis, Sr. will was William Cavin who married Elizabeth Hundley. There were probably four Cavin brothers in Hawkins County at that time, John and Ananias are known and well documented. There were also the proto-William and another who was married to Anna Cavin. All were probably born in VA. Their parents were William and Margaret Skelton Cavin. I hope this helps.
