Hi Emy,
Those CAVINS from TN are quite elusive. My great
grandfather was Meredith CAVIN. He married Nancy
BROWN. I find Meredith in Franklin County, TN in
1850 and 1860. The family was in Lincoln Co., TN
in 1871 when my grandfather James Alonzo was born.
Do you know what county or counties in TN you
family was in??
Hope this will give you a clue and maybe will be a
clue for me.
