Perry Shackleford "Shack" Cave of Christian Co, MO

"Shack" Cave was born in 1885 in or near Linden, Christian County, MO. He was the son of Nulen (Newlin/Newland) Cave and Mary Emmaline Cloud. He died in 1944. Can anyone tell me where he died? All of the genealogy posts I have seen online show his wife as Lula Watson. However, he actually married Ida Ellen Watkins on 19 April 1910 in Newton County, MO. He (Perry S.) and wife "Ellen I." were living with Shack's brother Robert in Newton County, MO in 1910 per census. That census indicates they had been married one month and gives Ellen's age as 16. She was 16 when she and Shack were married, which is correct. The 1920 census of Bilby Twp., Hughes Co., OK shows S. P. Cave with his wife and father N.A. Cave. The transcription of that census gives her name as "Lula", but I believe it is actually Ida. We all know that census takers spelled a lot of names phonetically and a lot of them had very poor penmanship. Can anyone give me more info on Shack and Ida? Did they have children. Did they remain married. When and where did she die? Ida was my great-aunt and family info is no one knows what happened to her after she married Shack.
