The reason I think Cornelius is a relative is that he helped Jemima file a pension request for Richard's Rev. War service. I have Jemima Jenkins signing for my ancestor, Mary "Polly" Jenkin's marriage in 1816 to Dennis Corbin. I just don't know if they are the same Jemima. The time and place are right.
