A W D Cave is buried in the Mt Carmel Cemetery in Adair Co. Headstone indicates b.Dec/02/1826 d.Dec/12/1908. Pike researchers believe this Cave was married to Cynthy Pike on Feb/15/849. However next to his headstone is an identical one reading Mary E wife of W D Cave. She was b. May 17 1840 and d. Feb 10 1912. Was Mary a second wife? and if so does anyone know when and where Cynthy died and is buried. Will share photos of headstones and any other info available to me.
