Looking for any inforamation on my family name of Cavanagh from Couty Court, Ireland. Believe one of the relatives is named James Cavanaugh and fought in the civil war and was discharged on June 21, 1865. Had a son named Thomas. Is buried in the old catholic cemetary in Mount Olive Township, N.J. My grandfathers name was John L. Cavanaugh. Not positive on middle initial. Born around 1883. Married to Florence Bell. Lived in Budd Lake, N.J.
