Hello Rick!
I read these messages most every day. Sorry I missed yours. I go to the court house and get applications for duplicate certificates, and send them to the place where the vital statistics are recorded, ours being New Castle, PA. They send copies for a nominal fee. Usually cost me $3.00. I have also gotten copies of death certificates through funeral directors for a nominal fee. Make sure you give all necessary info on applications. Hope this is of help to you!
