Frances Crump was born to Joseph Crump and Martha ????? where ????? probably NC . Joseph worked with David Cavanah for Chatham Co., NC building and surveying roads and are listed in the county court records. Frances & David were married there and David sold his fathers farm and moved to Webster County, Ky. and later it was seperated to Hopkins Co., Ky. David passed away in 1823 and the farm was sold to a daughter and son in law ( Mary ,Polly,C. Cavanah and David Hicks Thomasson ). This action took several years and was rewriten three times.
I ldo not know what happened to Frances. I had a message that she left for Tenn. with a daughter and son in law. they did not know where or with which daughter. If any one has some information I would like it for my records.
