Looking for parents and extended family of Hannah Cauthen / Hanna Cawthon, born 1764 in Tyson Co., North Carolina. She married Thomas Hackley Warren in or before 1775.

They had 11 children, born either in North Carolina or in Spartanburg, SC.

I descend from Hannah's son John Jackson Warren.

On an unrelated line of Cawthons . . . My wife happens to descend from Ann Cothan or Cauthon who married Willam Wade in mid-1700's. Their kids were, at times, in Goochland, Henry, and Patrick Co., Virginia but I don't know where William and Ann came from or when/where they married. Would love info on Ann's family as well.
