I would like to respond to your quest.
A few of the 15 names of Alfred and Phyllis are known by my grandmother, so we may be related. Carrie mentioned names of Efter, Walter, Clara, and Freddie before as Pauline could remember. Heres the story we've heard.
Carrie Causey married a man by the name of Ed Jones in Austell, Georgia. The had five children; Joe, Leroy, Grant, Clara, and Thelma. Leroy and Grant are twins. Twins run in our family. Ed Jones ran off with a white woman and Carrie killed him in Austell and moved to Chicago, Illinois. I don't know how true that is.
Clara Jones had one daughter by the name of Pauline. My mother is Lynnette Clara, which she is one of the daughters of Pauline.
Lynnette can remember Carrie passing in 1971 because she was sick with twins and could not go to the funeral. Clara passed in 1989. Pauline is 80 years old and lives in a nursing home in Matteson, Illinois a south suburb of Chicago.
We thought it was interesting of how the family names repeated; Clara, Thelma. Pauline said that Freddie was a female. Do you know if this is true for your Freddie?
Pauline also states that they were Blackfoot Indans.
Do you know if Alfred Causey was white? That's another story that was given.
Lynnette was also told stories as a child by the Latham's. Do you know of any relation to the Latham's?
I hope that I was able to help in some way. It would be great to pull all of the family history together.
