Emily C Cosby b. abt 1837 in Daviess Co Ky , m. Henry Jordan
Jan 2 1862 at the home of Adam Jordan, Sr in Daviess Co KY.
Emily C Cosby and brother Francis( Frank) Cosby b. abt 1838 are
children of Issac Cosby and Susan Jordan. Issac Cosby d. before
1845 and Susan m. Daniel Farley Hatchett in Yell Co AR on Aug
25, 1845. After Susans death abt 1857, Emily and Francis Cosby
returned to Ky with their uncle John Cosby.
Issac Cosby's parents are Francis Cosby b, 1789 and Lavina
Sanner b. 1792. Have several letters written by Francis(Frank)
Cosby to the Hatchetts in Yell Co AR in 1860-1870s.
Will appreciate any info and like to contact descendents of Frank
and Emily C Cosby Jordan.
