Thanks for your message. I have no other information on Elizabeth Caughran/Caughron at this point. She would have been my ggg-grandmother. This was my Elizabeth's maiden name. She was born about 1847. She married William Andrews.
By the birthdates...it is possible that your William was either a brother or at least related to mine. My William and Elizabeth's daughter, Lillie Andrews Holt went to Monroe County. I am told that William/Ellen may have also gone but I lose track of them after 1880...William must remarry by 1902 because he has another son, Charley by then...I am assuming that Elizabeth died by then.
I will keep your message and see if I can find more info too.
