Hi Patrice,
I am Pamela Caudy from Amery, Wisconsin, USA. I know a little bit about my family here in the States, but any knowlege of France is beyond my resources. There are many websites about Caudy in the States if you want to check them out.
I was just surfing the net tonight and came across your message on the geneology forum.
My father, Milton Caudy is deceased, and from what I recall my dad saying is that my great grandfather, whose name I don't recall fought in the Civil War. He thought our family came from the West Virginia, USA area, and that our ancestry was Scotch-Irish. Other relatives stated that we are of Scotch heritage. So where the Irish comes in, I don't know. Will be willing to chat with you and see what we can come up with between you, my cousin David Caudy in Lincoln,Nebraska and second cousin Mark Caudy in Alaska, USA.

I am divorced with 3 children Troy, Jared, & Kelly(female) Waterman. I took my maiden name back after the divorce.

Regards,
Pam Caudy hopeful cousin?
