A Caudle family reunion will be held October 19-20 at the Dublin Senior Citizens Hall. The family and others who have ancestors buried in the old Caudle Cemetery on Little Green’s Creek are invited to attend. The reunion marks the 10th anniversary of the Caudle Cemetery restoration project that began in Dublin on October 18, 1997 at the Sunset Café. A Texas State Historical marker was placed in the cemetery in Oct 2001.
Registration and visiting begins on Friday afternoon. Saturday’s activities include registration, visiting, dedication of a Civil War veteran marker for John Wesley Caudle at Pecan Cemetery, a BBQ luncheon, and a visit to the old Caudle Cemetery..
