The Civil War roster of Company A, 2nd Arkansas Infantry Regiment, lists two men named Cordell (one of whom I know officially spelled his name as Caudell).
Andrew J. Cordell enlisted March 1, 1864, giving his birthplace as Habersham County, GA, and his age as 31. That would make his birthdate about 1833. Any information on this person will be greatly appreciated.
