I am looking for any information on Polly Caudell born ABT 1806 in VA was living with daugther Nancy Wadkins/Watkins in 1880 in Magoffin County Ky. Nancy was born ABT 1842. Both women were listed as widows in 1880 census.
I believe that Nancy's daughter Mary may be my gr granmother the census lists her at 4 years old born ABT 1876. The only information that I have on my grandmother, Sina's, mother is she was born in Magoffin County Jan 19, 1976 died Johnson County Sept 29, 1960. Her surname was Watkins/Wadkins. She married Henderson (Henry) Estep he passed in 1917.
Mary may have been raised my another family Colirons(this could be a mispronounciation) My gr grandmother had other sibilies not for certain names, only that some had Watkins name and others were Coldiron???
The census lists siblilies;Elsey Ann, William, Benjamin, Sameul.
Any help will be appreciated. This connection is a longshot.
