I'm currently researching my great grandmother's family who lived in Kettering, then moved to Rothwell. Hilda Emma Cattell married Arthur Oram. Her parents were George Cattell and Elizabeth Dunkley. Hilda's daughter, Beryl, married an American solider during WWII and moved to the U.S. in Owensville, IN. I've been trying with little success to find any information on Hilda or Arthur. My grandmother, Beryl, always talked about a shoe factory her father owned/worked at. They lived at 34 Cecil St in Rothwell, where also my father was born. Was also told Arthur served in the service in WWI and passed away in 1939 due to mustard gas exposure. Any information or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
