hello erlene. i am a little unsure asto wether you are looking at cattell or cattle names but the best i can offer are bits of some past research. yes hannah born to sam/ann 1853 bapt 1855 bedworth then rosa born 1857 then mary 1860 all bedworth they moved to quebec after march 1862 and before catherine born in quebec 1863. so transport records canada should show some data. jane 1865 qu then william 1868 and john 1872 there should be lots of ancestors with data backwards in time. no marriage of ann ? so how did you put the name goodwall to the question. samuel looks as if he lived until past 1872 so how about a canada will? as for sam pre 1827 ish birth in and about bedworth warwickshire.. i will look in files later. please remember thereare at least 4 ancestoral routs for the cattell/cattle names. scotland pre 1600s where caddell became cattell then cattle europe hugenots into somerset england castell then cattell then cattle midlands group probably from a village called cattle yorkshire group (very big) from village called cathale/cattall/cattal outside york and they had names cathale then cattall then cattell and now cattle. beworth feels as if it should fit with the midlands group. what documents have you to lead to hannah and also ann goodwall will wait to hear rob Notify Administrator about this message?
