Hi Jane
I tried sending you an email but it was returned back to me. I may have some interesting information for you . Iam not connected to the CATT family but just over 40 years ago my mother brought a large bible printed in 1804.
On the first page it has a CATT family tree. It starts with a:-
John CATT of Sale hurst.

His 2nd son William CATT born 11 Dec 1776 ,died 4 March 1853 at Newhaven Sussex, brd at Bishopstone . Married Hannah Dawes Died 13 Jan 1823.

It gives their oldest son Edmund CATT born 28 July 1802,died 30 Jan 1864 at brighton, brd at Beckenham Kent. He then took the name WILLETT by Royal Licence on 03 Nov 1863. Married 17 July 1839 Louisa Margaret ELLIOTT born 23 Sept 1806, died 19 Dec 1855 at Brixton Surrey.

They has 2 children Edmand Austen WILLETT and Louisa Elizabeth WILLETT.

It goes on from there and the last entry is for the year 1878.

Included in this bible is drawings by a child called Terence William MORGAN

any way i hope this is of some help to you.

Sarah
