Dear Pauline,
Thankyou for your reply. I could hardly believe it. When doing family genealogy research, its always amazing when you make a connection.
I would love to receive any info you have on Grace (and Jonathon too when you have it). If you email direct by clicking on my name, please mark the subject "Priscilla Catlow". I receive so much junk mail these days that I delete nearly everything unless its something I clearly recognise.

I do not have my family genealogy file with me at the moment (I'm at my office) but when I do dig it out I'll forward you some very interesting info (if you don't already have it). Can't quite remember whether its Grace or Jonathon (think its Jonathon) who dates back on my tree to William the Conquerer, (and is direct descendent of William). There are quite a few noble families in this lineage (Fitzwilliam, de Stafford, Plantagenet, Eyres of Eyam, to name a few). By coincidence Jonathon/Grace's dauther Priscilla also married an Eyre who was probably a distant cousin.

My difficulty is finding ancestors of Joseph Eyre who married Priscilla. Have been trying to work out which Eyre's he comes from. If the person you are in contact could provide any info, please pass my message on.

If they are a descendant of Joseph and Priscilla, would love to know from which child (there were quite a few). I am descended from Sarah Eyre (who married David Piffard).

I will get back to you when I find my research files and put something together to send.
Sandra Vine
