One possibility I see. Sarah may be the Sarah Catlett, daughter of Lawrence Catlett (of Locust Grove), born c. 1765 (although a bit young
Lawrence b. Orange Count VA 23 July 1737 d. Culpeper Co. VA in 1782.
Lawrence married Mary Taliaferro in 1760 in Culpeper Co.
Lawrence's will was probated June 1782 in Culpeper Co., VA.
One of the children of Lawrence Catlett and Mary Taliaferro was Sarah Catlett was born circa 1765.
If I'm correct, it would run something like this:
John Catlett & Elizabeth Taliaferro (2nd Marriage)
+ John Catlett (b. 1705 d. 13 Dec. 1744, Orange Co. VA) &
Alice Gibson (m. 25 September 1727)
++ Lawrence Catlett & Mary Taliaferro
+++++ Sarah Catlett
Lawrence's uncle, Reubin (Reuben) Catlett would be my 5th great grandfather.
