Dear Steve,
I can't find a San Isidro Cemetery in New Mexico. That doesnt mean there wasn't one at some time in the past, though. I also can't find(Cosme)Damian Madrid on either of the New Mexico death indexes. I couldn't find Candelaria Madrid on them either. I did find a Candelaria Padilla of approximately the right age on the 1850 census, still living with her parents if it's your great great grandmother. Here is the summary of the 1850 census. I also found Damian Madrid and family on the 1860 and 1870 censuses. The ages are not completely agreeing, but that happens fairly frequently. You can use the names of the children to verify if it's actually your family. Here is the 1870 census with a link. You can view the actual image if you register for the site. Registration is free.

Here is the 1860 census for Damian and Candelaria. I didn't get the children. Family Search doesn't have the 1860 census except for these summaries. It's on Ancestry and on Footnote. They both have free trials, and then you have to pay. Most Public Libraries have Ancestry for free.

Family members aren't grouped together on this census, though they're almost always above or below each other with head, then spouse, then children in order of age.
