Dear Cathcart Relatives,
This weekend my cousins from Kansas (Melvin & Dorothy Cathcart's daughters) got together and combined old pictures that each of us had.
We now have a picture of George Blake & Susanna J.Reed Cathcart and eight of their ten children. We think it was taken about 1902, because the two children(Adults) that are missing had already passed away.
My dad Donald M. son of Ferman(F.E.) & Harriett E. Hall just passed away in Jan at the age of 95. The great thing was that he was able to partisipate in the Cathcart DNA project that Raymond Franklin Cathcart is Adm. of.
Since we had to move dad in with us the last year of his life. I was able to ask him questions about his family. Also we went through his photo album and he pointed out each relatives that he knew, and what he knew about them. Dad had a great memory, but there were some things he just didn't know about each of his Aunts and Uncles.
So if you are a relative, and would like copied of some of your families pictures. I would love to hear from you.
