I thought that I had sent a reply to your query about James Bradley Cathcart. He came from a rather large family. I have him born 1911 and died 25 Dec. 1972, Gary Funeral Home,Clinton Rosemont Cemetery.Your Cathcart line begans with Samuel Cathcart b. 1745, came to Colonies in 1768,(l), James Cathcart and Ester (2), James Henry Cathcart (3), Barnett Cathcart (4), J. B. Cathcart, SR. (5)This is where I come up short as I have
him a Sr, with no children listed but I do have a wife Moddie Dunway.
There was a short obituary in the Spartanburg Hearld Jan. 28, 1972 but it gave no family information, Was your Mother and Father divorced? When you can find time, please send me your name and your childrens name. You still have Cathcart Family in Gastonia, N.C.. In fact, your Grandfather obituary came out in the Sprtanburg Hearld Feb.24, 1935 and it had his children listed. I got most of my information from the Obituarys in the paper, so still need a lot of information.
