My Ggrandmother, Emily Jane Catchpole was born 20 May 1849 at 26 Betts Street, St George in the Middle.(East London)
At this point in time I have been able to find siblings were Elizabeth b1847; John b1850 and James b1851. There are quite a number of Catchpole's in the East End of London area. Emily's father James Haughton Catchpole was baptised in St Anne and St Agnes Church (near St Paul's) and his parents were married in St James, Westminster.

Not quite 1860's but hope will be of some help.
