I am looking for a man named Jack or Joaquin Castro. He would be in his mid 50's and is my husbands biological father. My husband was born May 5, 1972 in Visalia CA to Ronda Garbani. The only other thing we were told is he was either married or with another woman at the time, had both women pregnant and had to choose.
