Hi Melody,
Thank you for answering so quickly. My grandfather was William Lee Spear Sr who died when my dad was a small child. He was a postman and married to Elizabeth Myrtle Conn. He was the son of William Spears, son of Willis Spears, I think. At least the dates match up for William to have been his son.
