My grandfather was Stephen Grover Spear out of John Wesley Spear, out of Willis Spear and Sarah McMinn. Who is your grandfather?
Contact me via private email. I have Spear line back to early 1600 or thereabout with documentation. What I don't have, I can put you in touch with both my cousin and uncle who did the research.
They have been researching both my grandparents for about 30 years and I am sure can be very helpful if necessary and we can get in touch with them.
