The Book, "Caston and Related Famly Lines" complied by Viola Caston Floyd of Lancaster, SC was copyrighted in 1972.Is this the book you want?
Page 9 states:
"John Caston, Sr., who died apparently before 1820 leaving his wife, Frances, living in the Dry Creek Community had the folling children and descendants.
I. Glass Caston, Born 1871 (see Pension Application for service in War 1812), marrried Lydia Blackmon. (see Lancanster County Old Deeds, Boook O,p. 272)
II. Isaac Canston, Born 1785, died afetr 1860. No Children.
III. William Caston, born 1787, deceased by 1826. Married Anna E. Meeeting...........
......and so on for 204 pages including index of all names.
I do not know where this book is available. Mine came from a Caston descendant. It is not commercially published but a private printing.
The copyright prevents me for providing photocopies.
