Castles in Upper NY - 1800's - Vincent Castle - born 1774 in Conn.

I have recently started up with the research of my Castle side again and i have hit a walll,, once more, with Vincent.
All census records report he was born in Conn - the years vary from 1770 to 1774. He shows up in Poestenkill, NY ( Renns. Co) and lived thill the 1860'. My research so far shows he had 5 possibly 7 children. His wife was a Rebecca Fonda born in 1795 - i believe her to be a second wife due to the dates of the children previously.
The children are;

John born 1790 (conn)married a Hannah or Anna
Eli born 1793 (conn)married a Catherine
Julia born in 1810 married a Smauel Carnick
Huldah born in 1810 married a philip Michael
Joseph born in 1812 married a Elizabeth Bower

in the 1850 census it shows Vincent with Rebecca and a Lucretia Jones age 36.. there is also a Vincent Castle age 34 in the same neighborhood.

Ive gone through death and marriage records locally - gone online to ancestry.com and searched pre 1850 births in Conn with no luck! Can someone please help me ?? !
