Eulala Addington Castle, 94, of Nicklesville, VA, passed
away Monday, August 4, 2008 at the Brian Center, Weber
City, VA.
She was of the Holiness faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hughie 'Ticky'
Castle; sons, William Darrel Castle and Benny Castle;
parents, William Washington and Cora Irene McConnell
Addington; sister, Lumma Clara Hayes; brothers, Hubert
Benjamin Addington, and Barney Caskell Addington.
She is survived by her daughter, Duretta Joyce Kilgore,
and husband Paul, Midway, VA; daughter-in-law, Virginia
Castle, Nickelsville, VA; grandchildren, Regina Annette
Lockhart, Robert William Kilgore, Sharon Denise Kilgore,
Paula Joyce Kilgore, Tabitha Renee Amyx; eight great-
grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
Calling hours were Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Scott
County Funeral Home, 2060 US Highway 23N, Weber City, VA.
Funeral services followed in the funeral home chapel with
Rev. Joe Barber officiating.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2008 at
McConnell Cemetery, Midway, VA.
Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home is serving the
Castle family.
