I don't know. But it very well could be!!!

Children of James and Mary CASTEEL:
--Margaret M. CASTEEL b 23 Jan 1883 married Charles Henry in 1904 d aft Sep 1961
--Anna Bell b 21 Jan 1885 d 9 Apr 1885
--Emma Elizabeth b 21 Aug 1886 d 9 Apr 1889
--George Harrison b 29 Jul 1888 married Martha ? (1920 census shows him
at home on St. Lawrence Ave. in Swissvale. It also says he was divorced, but I have pictures of he and Martha at about age 75-80 visiting Margaret in Pittsburgh, so if he was divorced, it was from someone else other than
Martha).
--William Hagress b 27 Mar 1891 (I have pictures of him later as middle aged man with Margaret and George in Pittsburgh, but I don't have any facts).
--James Francis b 10 Dec 1893 d 17 Feb 1894
--Ruth Naomi b 16 Mar 1897 d 17 Aug 1984 (My grandmother) married Alfred Clyde Beardslee 11 Aug 1919 Cleveland, OH (eloped when he came home from the war) living in Swissvale, PA (1920 census shows them both
at home on St. Lawrence Ave. in Swissvale. They moved out here to California later in 1920.

Other info on the 1920 census says that James F. (Head of household) was the owner - free of mortgage, male, white, 59 at last birthday, widowed, no info on citizenship for any of them, able to read and able to write, birthplace MD, father born MD, mother born MD, able to speak English, occupation
switchman on R.R. (no mention of which railroad), wage worker.

What do you think? Do you have any possible leads for me?
Priscilla
