This is just to introduce myself and give my first bit of info I have. My father's father's father's mother was Mary Frances Casteel. She was born somewhere in TN on Apr 1, either in 1861 (from death certificate) or 1863 (from tombstone). She died Jan 17, 1946 in Crosbyton, TX where she lies buried in Crosbyton Cemetery. I've been told by my 3rd cousins that her father was Lee Elbe Casteel. She married Thomas Elvin Johnson sometime in the mid to early 1880's and had 5 children in and around Denison, TX from c. 1886 to c. 1895 (Myrtle, Lizzie, John Henry, Maude Lee and Thomas Jr.) I descend from John Henry.
