I am Edmund's great great great grandaughter. His son Samuel was an American Revolution Patriot. I am his direct descendant, member of the Daughter's of the American Revolution. My last name is not Casteel, though. It is not a surname so much as the research and documentation that links you to your heritage and people who are your ancestors.
