Mary Effie Casteel's husband was Antonio A "Tony" Felicicchia, son of Leo and Marisa Felicicchia. Tony had a brother Michael and a sister Antonia "Nina". Looks like TOny died in Oct 1964 in St Louis (where he lived all of his life from what I can see).

According to Mary's death certificate, she was divorced when she died in 1925.
