I am posting a new message about my father vernon mead casteel born april 11,1936 in hawaii died june 1,1975 in california and was married to maxine casteel maiden name fernandes/perry. my grandfather father is harold alvin casteel born 1915 son of gumzy casteel he died 1916 and harold casteel brother was william mead casteel born 1907 both sons were born in pennsylvania. Harold casteel was married to theresa sousa both resided in hawaii.Harold casteel was the father of vernon casteel,and daughters were donna casteel, and alice casteel.I am also related to the fernandes side of the family as well as sousa side. i linda casteel reside in renton washington but i am from california so if you are interested in finding out more email surprlm@yahoo.com
