I'm trying to get a line on my Grandmother ALICE CORDELIA CASTEEL born in WV on 3/7/1877. I think her father was OBIE FRANKLIN CASTEEL. She had a sister, ANNIE MAE CASTEEL b 12/9/1891 in Springtown, Parker Co. TX. The family moved from WV to TX between 1877 and 1891. There was a Half brother called "LEE".
