Researching information on James M. Casteel b. Feb 1812 in TN.
Married Susannah UNDERWOOD in Knoxville, Knox Co. TN on 08 Aug
1833. Seeking his parents - suspect Abednego Casteel and Agnes
Hensley, but cannot find any links to prove (or disprove).
James and Susannah resided in Blount Co. in 1840 then later were
living with the STOVER family in Hamilton Co. TN during the 1850
census. They had several children in TN before moving to
Macoupin Co. IL. where they resided for many years and are buried.
