I am looking for my grandmother's long lost brother's family. His name was Luis Castanda, wife Jovita and a son named Daniel Castanda. Luis was the oldest brother. He left mexico sometime in the early 1900's. His mother was murdered in Mexico and that is when my grandmother, Manuela Castaneda and her younger brother Dolores Castaneda moved to Texas. My grandmother recieved a letter that was sent to their mom from Luis stating he was living in "Stellestare" (spanish translation of an unknown city) Texas and had married and had a son. Luis his wife and maybe even his son are to old to still be surviving but we search for any grandchildren or even children of his. We have one picture of him.
