I am looking for information on my father's side of the family my father's name was Manuel Castaneda (deceased) he was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, I am not sure if he was born in Calera or in a different town. His mother's name was Julia Garcia and his father's name was Nicholas Castaneda he is the only child between them. My grandfather Nicholas livedin, I believe La Puente California and remarried, her wifes name is Frances: I am not sure what her last name was. I know they had a couple of sons together. My mothers name was Raquel Salas
My father also is supposed to have a son and possibly a daughter in California, However I do not know their names.
