Chris Light's original message 2002:-
"I have a William Casson b.1773 son of William Casson b.1743 and Ann Barker.
They were all born in Kirkby Ireleth which is very close to Ulverston.
William Casson was married to a Sarah and i know of three children
William b.1802
Mary b.1804
George b.1806
My wife is a descendent of Mary Casson who married David Steele on 5th April 1823 in Kirkby Ireleth."
