Cassins from County Cork, Ireland

My Cassin ancestors are from County Cork, aka Queenstown, Ireland. They went to England for a while before floating across the pond to the U.S. We believe they departed Ireland around 1840-1850, however cannot verify this. Can someone direct me to the Catholic churches in County Cork that might have records of baptisms, etc? I'm new to all this and don't know how to find them. Thanks!
