I believe that my greatgrandfather Denis Cassin was born in Inistioge Parish about 1832. His father was Michael and his mother was Mary Fitzgerald Cassin. His brother michael immigrated here first in april 1848. He was second about a week later followed by other brothers Anthony, John and Patrick in following years as late as 1871. I also believe that the family moved to England and that Mary came over here after her husband died. Perhaps Edward was Michael's brother. My grandfather was Edward Cassin born 1880, my father was Edward Cassin born 1923 my son is John Edward Cassin born 1985.
